General Information
During the summer months, from Memorial Day through Labor Day, CBVA hosts outdoor play at various locations. The most popular location is the Back Bay Fens -- past the basketball courts and track next to the rear bleachers -- the closest intersection is Park Drive and Kilmarnock Street. Players of all levels combine to play outdoor 6's on grass courts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
CBVA also holds a fun weekend of volleyball on the third Sunday of every month during the summer in Ogunquit, ME. (If a weekend is rained out, we will meet the following Sunday). Each year this get-a-way draws more and more players from Boston and proves to be a fun and relaxing weekend. Many players spend the day or the weekend and enjoy the beaches, restaurants, bars, clubs and the open atmosphere of Ogunquit.
